The 5th Annual Asian Festival 2008 part of the PECO Multicultural Series will take place on Saturday, June 21, 2008 at the Great plaza at Philadelphia’s Penn’s Landing from 12:00 noon to 7:30pm.
Come for the food and stay for the entertainment or come for eth entertainment and have some food. Either way, the rich colors, sounds, and sights of the multiple Asian cultures are a unique experience not to be missed.
Additions to this year’s festival will include
- A Wedding Showcase of traditional Asian costume displayed in a wedding procession
- Silkroad Vendor Path featuring a variety of artifacts, goods, services from the different Asian countries
